The Heritage of the Clan is a rich one. We were forged on the world of Hector, an icy ball that constantly challenged our forbears. Nicholas Kerensky himself chose our name, saying that our fierce pride matched that of the planets most ferociuos predator, the Ice Hellion.

When the Clans were formed, we requested light and medium mechs, to better match our namesakes speed and grace, and our vision of how to fight. Speed and maneuverability became the Ice Hellions' key to survival and prosperity.
